Sawdust Art Festival Celebrates 60 Years of Creativity in Laguna Beach

The Sawdust Art Festival has been one of Laguna Beach's most beloved summer traditions, and 2026 marks a milestone year as the festival celebrates its 60th anniversary season! Running from June 26 through September 7, visitors can once again stroll beneath the eucalyptus trees and experience the artistic spirit that has helped define Laguna Beach for generations. More than 180 local artists will showcase original works ranging from paintings and ceramics to jewelry, glass, photography, sculpture, and mixed media creations.

This year's celebration feels especially exciting, with fresh exhibits, new artwork, returning artist favorites, live music, artist demonstrations, and art classes offered throughout the season! The festival continues to be a place where visitors can meet the artists, learn about their creative process, and even try their hand at making art themselves.

The festival grounds are also home to several popular dining spots. Visitors will find local favorites including Ahba, Taco Loco, The Cove by Starfish, and the Saloon. Combined with friendly staff, welcoming exhibitors, and a relaxed canyon atmosphere, the Sawdust remains one of the most enjoyable ways to spend a summer day in Laguna Beach.

The 2026 festival runs daily from June 26 through September 7, with hours varying between weekdays and weekends. Guests are encouraged to check the official schedule before visiting.
