At some point, you realize that working nonstop doesn’t mean you’re building a life — it just means you’re tired!

That’s where I was...

I had a solid job, I had stability, I had experience. Plus loved what I was doing, till the rug got pulled from under me and I didn't love it anymore. I was doing everything I was “supposed” to do. But somewhere along the way, I lost the part of myself that actually enjoyed what I was building. I was burned out, running on empty, and disconnected from the things that used to make me excited about work.

And I knew something had to change!

I’ve always worked in service-driven industries — hospitality, property management, food & beverage, luxury environments. My entire career has been built around taking care of people, solving problems, managing details, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes. I learned how to handle pressure, how to manage logistics, how to anticipate needs, and how to deliver high-level service without cutting corners.

Real estate felt like the natural evolution of all of that!

But I didn’t want to build just another real estate business. I wanted to build something personal. Something intentional Something that reflected who I am and how I work!!

That’s why I created GERSON SEISE REALTY - Real Brokerage Technologies — a boutique real estate business rooted in relationships, trust, and doing things the right way. The old-school way. The way that lasts.

This business isn’t about chasing deals. It’s about building a career I’m proud of and a life that feels good to live! It’s about helping people make smart moves, whether they’re buying their first home, finding a rental, investing, or just trying to figure out their next step.

Starting my own business gave me back my sense of purpose. It gave me back my happiness. And it reminded me why I fell in love with working with people in the first place!

This isn’t just real estate for me. It’s personal.
